From there, we schedule an in-home consultation to measure the space, assess existing conditions, and dive deeper into your goals and preferences.
Once we’ve gathered the details, our team gets to work. We develop multiple layout options to explore the full potential of your space — leaving no stone unturned. From cabinetry and tile to hardware, paint, and fixtures, we’ll source a variety of selections that align with your taste and lifestyle.
We’ll also provide an initial estimate for the work. If everything feels like the right fit, we’ll move forward with a design agreement and begin refining the final layout and product selections.
Throughout the entire process, we’re by your side — not just as designers, but as trusted partners. We share our expertise, help you make confident decisions, and coordinate with every trade to ensure a smooth, successful installation.
Architect Interior Package
This package includes a complete set of architectural interior drawings, both in PDF format and as a printed copy. It is typically selected when there are modifications or relocations of walls. As part of this service, Kitchens by Bennett will assist with the submission of the drawings to the architect or building department. Additionally, Kitchens by Bennett will be present on-site during the following key stages: pre-construction walk-through, post-framing inspection, cabinet delivery, countertop templating, and final walk-through.
Designer Package
This package provides detailed renderings of the renovated space, including precise measurements. It is typically chosen when working with a contractor and is useful for obtaining accurate quotes. The documentation will also include specific notes, covering elements such as accessories, finished edges, and moldings. Additionally, if a cabinet order exceeds $10,000, the payment for this option will be credited toward your order.
Interior Decorating
Your time is valuable, and we’re here to make transforming your space easy and stress-free. We start with a free consultation to discuss what you dislike about your current space and your design preferences. Through a detailed Q&A, we establish a clear vision for your project. We’ll then provide a tailored selection of options for your kitchen (or any area), always striving to stay within budget while ensuring both style and functionality
